    How long does it take to turn around a site build?

    Once we have access to your photos and copy, we can get a preview of your site to you within 7 business days. Once you’ve approved the site preview, we need to connect the site to your domain name (see below regarding domain names). This can take from 24 hours up to 48 hours depending on a number of factors. Rest assured, we want to get your website up and running as soon as possible!

    Can I use my own colours?

    If you already have your own mood board / colour scheme, then of course, yes! You’re welcome to provide us with the HEX/HTML codes to use in the site. We’ll make an allowance to change the colour scheme once as part of the setup, and then any additional colour scheme updates will be charged at an hourly rate.

    How many photos of me do you need?

    Up to three (3) photos are used in the template designs. If you have more, we can discuss how these can fit into your template design.

    What type of photos of me do you need?

    We need landscape size photos (minimum resolution of 1920 x 1080 pixels), with you positioned on the centre or the right hand side of the photo. Ideally there needs to be negative space on the left hand side of the photo where the copy is positioned.

    I don't have any photos of myself ... what next?

    We can use other essential oil product shots instead. However, we strongly recommend making your site personal and getting some professional photos taken. It makes all the difference in the world!

    Do I need my own domain name?

    Yes. We would like you to buy your own domain name so that you have 100% control over it – not us. We recommend you purchase a domain name through Google Domains (https://domains.google.com/registrar/search/). We can guide you through this process, so no need to panic! Once you have your domain name, we will then work with you to connect your domain name to our servers. Sounds difficult, but it’s easy … we promise.

    How do I get my own email address that matches the domain name?

    When you purchase your domain name you will be given an opportunity to set up your own email address that matches your domain (for example, email@yourdomain.com). We think it’s good marketing practice to have a professional email for your business. Click here to find out more about Google Workspace.

    Does the hosting include an SSL certificate?

    Yes. Visitors to your site will see the SSL padlock that verifies that your website is secure. You don’t need to purchase your own SSL certificate, although if you have already done this, we can still use it.

    Can I download the content and host the website myself later?

    You are buying access to our intellectual property (our creative) that we’ve invested lots of time and money into. So it’s our preference that just like other web services in the market place, our intellectual property (the template and content) stays within the hosting platform.

    Do I have to take the SEO Pack?

    Not at all! However, we think the point of having a website is to be found online by those already searching for what you sell. The SEO pack helps your website stand out online. We strongly recommend you take the upgrade package.

    Can I upgrade to the SEO pack at another time?

    Yes. Get in contact with us and we’ll arrange for this to happen.

    Can I downgrade from the SEO Pack after I've upgraded?

    Yes. There will be a once off $20 fee charged to cover the administrative work required to remove the package.

    When will I be invoiced for the set up and monthly billing?

    We will invoice you for the set up and one (1) month hosting in advance once you subscribe for our service. Our billing cycle starts when you subscribe, and the anniversary date will be the same date each month. If you subscribed on a date that sometimes doesn’t have a 29th, 30th or 31st, the invoice will be charged on the last day of the calendar month. We run on Australian time, so if you live in North America it may feel like you’re being invoiced ahead of time slightly (it’s like we’re from the future, or something!).

    What currency will I be invoiced in?

    We’re based in Australia, so you will be invoiced using Australian Dollars.

    What countries do you support?

    We have product imagery for Australia, New Zealand, USA and Canda, and Europe.

    Do you have other wellness website themes?

    We will be adding additional themes over the course of 2021 and 2022.

    Can I have my own bespoke individual website designed and hosted through My Wellness Prōject?
